Ultrasonic polishing

The part is placed in an abrasive suspension and, together with the ultrasonic field, relies on ultrasonic vibration to grind and polish the abrasive surface. Ultrasonic processing is characterized by small macroscopic force and no deformation, but it is difficult to manufacture and install the mold.

Ultrasonic processing can be combined with chemical or electrochemical methods. On the basis of solution corrosion and electrolysis, ultrasonic vibration solution is applied to dissolve the workpiece surface. Ultrasonic cavitation in the liquid can also inhibit the corrosion process, in favor of the appearance of bright.

Magnetic lapping and polishing
