Gears for Electric Toys

Feature：Those gears are for electric toys, including 12:1, 13:1, 16:1, 24:1, 26:1 and 32:1 etc.. Different types have different function, high speed, normal speed and high torque. The MIM electric toy gears work together with a pinion which is also made by metal injection molding. The pinion is iron as well. MIM pinions include D type and O type. D type has a little screw along with. Once the pinion runs 12 circles, the big gears run 1, so that calls 12:1. So as to the 13:1, 16:1, 24:1, 26:1 and 32:1. Among them, 18:1 is the original type, and others are upgrade. Besides gears and pinions, there are other parts made by MIM. They are V.2, V.3 and V.7 cut of levers, rear and front sights, catch reversals etc.

MIM technology can make various kinds of metal parts. If your part is made of stainless steel, steel, iron and the shape is complex, MIM is the best choice. If you want to make metal components by MIM, you need to send us the parts drawings, including PDF and 3D files in which, we can see the shape, sizes, tolerance and other requirements such as surface treatment, hardness(HRC). Also, we need to know the quantity for the part. Because to make MIM items, the mold is important. To make a mold is around 3000--5500USD that based on the shape, so if the customer have several parts to produce, we suggest to put them in one mold to save cost.
