2. powder injection moulding can ensure the correctness and uniformity of the composition ratio of materials. Most refractory metals and their compounds, false alloys and porous materials can only be manufactured by powder injection moulding.

3. Because the powder injection moulding method can be pressed to the final size of the compact, without or little need for subsequent machining, it can greatly save metal and reduce product cost. When using powder injection moulding to make products, the loss of metal is only 1-5%, while when using general casting method, the loss of metal may reach 80%.

4. Because the powder injection moulding process does not melt the material in the material production process, it is not afraid to mix impurities brought by crucible and deoxidizer, etc., while sintering is generally carried out in vacuum and reduction atmosphere, which is not afraid of oxidation, nor any pollution to the material, it is possible to produce high-purity materials.
