The chamfering can reduce the stress at the structural intersections, remove the sharp angle which may lead to cracking and corrosion of structural features, facilitate the injection material flowing into the mold and help the parts get out of the cavity, so as to improve the process of forming.

Please design the chamfering 0.4-08mm if no any special mechanical properties. Then the part would be smoother and have better cracking resistance.
