Laryngoscope Lens

Feature:

This MIM laryngoscope blades are commonly used for infants. It is easier to visualize the glottis using these blades  in infants, due to the larger size of the epiglottis relative to that of the glottis. We have an assortment of blades for large adult, small adult , pediatric, infant and neonate.

We offen use SUS304 or SUS316L to make medical laryngoscope lens.

Stainless steel-304 is one of the most welcome material in MIM technology. It is a Cr-Ni stainless steel, which has wonderful corrosion resistance and heat resistance. It is normally used below temperature 650C. It is an environmental material. Besides, it is easy to be machined.

Stainless steel-316 is one of the most welcome material in MIM technology. It has better air and industry corrosion resistance than 304. Discontinuity-use below temperature 871C(1600F) and continuity-use above 927C(1700), it has wonderful oxidative resistance. It is widely used in switches for paper making, shells, gun parts, lock parts etc..
