Feature：This item is a stainless steel slider made by PIM(powder injection molding). PIM is widely used in pneumatic tools. What is pneumatic tools? Generally speaking, the items mainly use compressed air to drive pneumatic motors and output kinetic energy. According to their basic working modes, they can be divided into: 

1) rotating type(eccentric movable blade type). 

2) reciprocating type(volume piston type). General pneumatic tools mainly consist of power output part and conversion part. The main parts are intake and exhaust, operation opening and stopping control, tool housing and so on. Of course, the operation of pneumatic tools must also include energy supply, air filtration and air pressure regulation, and tool accessories.

If you want to make metal components by MIM, you need to send us the parts drawings, including PDF and 3D files in which, we can see the shape, sizes, tolerance and other requirements such as surface treatment, hardness(HRC). Also, we need to know the quantity for the part. Because to make MIM items, the mold is important. To make a mold is around 3000--5500USD that based on the shape, so if the customer have several parts to produce, we suggest to put them in one mold to save cost.
