What are the processes for precision parts processing

Its production efficiency and economic benefits are also different. On the premise of ensuring the quality of parts, the process of drawing up a reasonable and feasible technological scheme with comprehensive technical and economic benefits is called the process design of the parts. So what is the specific process of production? Let us introduce to you the following precision parts processing technology:


1. The production process changes from a design drawing to a product, which goes through a series of manufacturing processes. The whole process that raw materials or semi-finished products are transformed into products is usually called production process. The production process usually includes:


(1) The technical preparation process includes market investigation, forecasting, new product identification, process design, and standardization review before the product is put into production.


(2) Or process refers to the process of directly changing the size, shape, surface mutual position, surface roughness, or performance of semi-finished raw materials to make them into finished products. For example, liquid forming, plastic forming, welding, powder forming, cutting processing, heat treatment, surface treatment, assembly, etc., all belong to the process. A reasonable technical process is compiled into a technical document to guide production. This technical document is called a process specification.


(3) Auxiliary production process refers to the auxiliary production activities necessary to ensure the normal progress of the basic production process.


(4) Production and service process refers to the process of organization, transportation, custody, storage, supply of raw materials, and product packaging and sales.


2. Components of the technological process The cutting process of a component is composed of many processes, and each process is composed of a station, a step, a cutter, and an installation.


 


Processing technology content and steps of mechanical parts


The processing technology of mechanical parts refers to the methods and steps of processing mechanical parts. When processing mechanical parts, it must be based on the processing technology of mechanical parts and comply with the processing technical requirements of the parts. So do you know what the machining process content and steps of mechanical parts are? Let me share with you today!


1. Determine the type of blank


The type of blank should be determined according to the material, shape and size of the part, and the batch size and production conditions of the workpiece should also be considered. As shown in the figure, the drive shaft has a small diameter, and the diameter of the outer circle of each section is not much different. Round steel blanking can be selected. The gear shaft shown in the figure has a large difference in diameter. In order to save material and processing hours, if the batch is large and has forging conditions, forging blanks should be used; otherwise, round steel blanking is also used. The material of the bearing cover is cast iron, and the blank should be cast. The gear is made of 40 steel, and the diameter of the outer circle is not large and the small outer circle is short. Gears, because of the larger diameter of the outer circle and the hole, can be used for single-piece steel cutting with corresponding thickness. For large batches, forgings can be used and forged into ring-shaped blanks. The mechanical properties of forged blanks are also good.


2. Determine the processing order of parts


The processing sequence should be determined according to the technical requirements of the type, structure, size, processing accuracy, surface roughness and heat treatment of the blank.


3. Determine the process


Determine the machine tool, workpiece clamping method, processing method, processing size and detection method used in each process, including the plus margin left for the next process. Generally, the outer and inner cylinders and planes of small and medium-sized parts refer to the single-sided margin. When a single piece is produced in small batches, the large blank size is taken as the fire value, otherwise the smaller value is taken. Total balance: 3-6mm for hand-shaped castings; 3-7mm for free forging or gas cutting; 1.5-2.5mm for round steel. Process surplus: semi-precise turning is 0.8-1.5mm; high-speed finishing turning is 0.4-0.5mm.


4. Determine the cutting amount and man-hour quota used


The cutting amount for single-piece small batch production is generally selected by the producer, and the man-hour quota is set by the management staff.
